featuring a mixture or ombre if you will of shades! I might come back to these
in the future at some point as I’ve loved doing them!
Nivea Powerfruit Fresh Shower Gel with
Revitalizing Acai Berry
I actually won this in a giveaway on Instagram a few months ago and I can’t
get over how good it smells! I love Nivea Shower Gels but hadn’t tried this
scent before and I’m obsessed! It’s so refreshing and it smells seriously
amazing!
This is probably a product you are sick of hearing me harp on about if
you are a regular visitor here! It is a constant repurchase for me as it’s so
effective at removing waterproof eye makeup while being super gentle! The bi
phase solution works effortlessly to get my mascara and eyeshadow off in no
time and I couldn’t be without this!
I've had this for ages but don’t think I’ve ever spoken about it
before! Not sure why as its one of my favourite hair products! I love the
fruity scent but I love how thick and healthy it makes my hair look and feel
more! It makes my split ends virtually disappear until my next wash and it
doesn’t weigh my hair down despite being a cream!
Wet n Wild Megalast Salon Nail Colour in
Through the Grapevine
This is unlike any other colour in my nail polish stash and one I love
to put on my toenails! Lasting power is great and it’s such a lovely bright
purple perfect for summer!
This is probably my favourite lipstick ever and it features in a recent
post about my most used makeup! It’s a corally pink colour in a shine
formulation so it gives just a light hint of colour to my lips but really
brightens up my face and doesn’t cling to dry patches! It does need to be
topped up quite regularly throughout the day but doesn’t leave an outline mark
round my lips and can easily be applied without a mirror!
Revlon Colourstay Gel Envy Nail Enamel
in Pocket Aces
This is such a gorogeus, vibrant colour for summer! I don’t really wear
colours like this on my finger nails but I love them on my toenails!
This is my favourite overnight lip treatment and one I always come back
to, I way prefer it to the likes of Nuxe Reve de Miel and find it works so
effectively on my lips to keep them hydrated overnight!
Ah, my favourite lip balm ever and I usually have 2 or 3 open at the
same time dotted around the place or in my handbag! I love the minty scent and
I find it really sorts out my dry lips and keeps them hydrated for a lot longer
than other lip products!
Bourjois So Laque Nail Enamel in Rouge
Escarpin
Everyone needs a classic red nail polish in their collection and this
is mine! It’s a really bright red shade and I love it!
This is a product I have been showing a lot more love since I was
picking out the items for this post! It’s a gorgeous deep matte brown shade
that I use mainly to contour with! It’s so pigmented but looks so natural when it’s
blended in and I find the packaging sturdy even though it’s cardboard!
I talked about this product recently too in my five things I’m loving post and it’s one of my favourite skincare products! It really helps with
hydration and scarring issues I have with my skin and it’s a product I look
forward to applying as I know my skin will look better in the morning for it!

Hi guys, another bumper edition of my empties today and as usual it’s
heavy on Soap and Glory so let’s get straight into it!
Haircare
Batiste Dry Shampoo 200ml
This isn’t my favourite dry shampoo ever but for the price I can’t complain
too much! It has a nice smell and is good value for money as it’s always on
offer (I buy mine in Savers). The only gripe I do have with it is the white
cast it can leave on my hair so I have to make sure I really rub it in well but
it might work better for blondes! Will repurchase in the future but for now my
beloved VO5 dry shampoo is finally back in stock and I’m using that!
Bodycare
Nivea Waterlily & Oil Shower Gel 250ml
I loved the smell of this and would definitely repurchase!
Soap and Glory Pulp Friction Body Scrub
250ml
By far the best scrub I have ever used, foams up unlike any other scrubs
I've used in the past and makes it so easy to scrub off tan! I love using this
with exfoliating gloves to get rid of any worn off patches and it is a constant
repurchase!
Soap and Glory Heel Genius Foot Cream 125ml
This is a lovely thick green cream that I apply (when I remember) liberally to my feet at night then put bed socks on to let it soak in. It has taken me absolutely ages to finish this and while it’s a great moisturiser I do find myself getting a little bored of it. Already using a backup and I probably have about 3 or 4 other backups of that too!
Soap and Glory Hand Dream Super Cream Hand Cream 100ml
I think I’d go as far as to say I prefer this to the original Hand Food hand cream S&G do! It’s a lovely moisturiser that is really lightweight and soaks in quickly and I’m only realising now that it contains AHA’s which although make your skin more sensitive to sunlight are great for evening out skin tone among other things! Will definitely be repurchasing!
Nivea Soft Moisturising Cream 75ml
As you will have seen from this post, I use this mainly for rubbing on
the back of my arms to help get rid of keratosis pilaris otherwise known as
those annoying bumps people sometimes get on the back of their arms! It does a
great job of moisturising them and helping them become less noticeable and I
love the fresh clean scent it has! Constant repurchase!
Skincare
Nivea Daily Essentials Refreshing Toner for Normal & Combination Skin 200ml
I have went through so many of these but to be honest I think this will be the last for a while as I was starting to find it a little drying on me. It’s good if you are on a budget but I think for me I was switching between using this and Pixi Glow Tonic and could tell the difference a little too much! Won’t be repurchasing!
La Roche-Posay Serozinc 150ml
I got sucked into the hype with this one and ordered a bottle straight
away when it came to Escentual! I don’t know how it works but it definitely did
good things for my acne prone skin and felt really refreshing to use as well as
seemingly calming my skin down! I have a few Caudalie sprays to get through
then I will definitely be repurchasing!
Emma Hardie Amazing Face Age Support
Cream 15ml
I got this in a set along with the cleansing balm that was featured in
a previous empties. It was a lovely cream to use but I didn’t notice a massive
difference compared to any other creams I use so I wouldn’t repurchase, the
cleansing balm on the other hand was swiftly repurchased!
Balance Me Natural Protection
Moisturiser SPF 25 10ml
I got this in a try me set a good few months back now and was shocked
when I saw the tiny size of the samples as the kit wasn’t cheap. This however
lasted a good amount of time with daily use for me. There is a real sunscreen
feel to this, it’s a white sticky cream that feels a little tacky to the touch
and I just didn’t like the feel of it on my face so I wouldn’t repurchase.
Antipodes Divine Face Oil with Avocado
Oil and Rosehip 10ml
Again another sample size I bought in a try me set that lasted ages
(this one was reasonably priced though)! It’s a lovely thick oil that I looked
forward to applying and sank in quickly giving me a nice extra boost of
hydration! I probably will repurchase this or something else from Antipodes in
the future as I like the fact it’s organic but at the minute I have a few other
oils I’m nowhere near finished so it might be a while!
The Body Shop Aloe Lip Care 15ml
I loved this! I think originally it was a last minute purchase to get
me to the threshold spend in one of the Body Shops 40% off offers but I’m so
glad I threw it in my online basket! This kept my lips so hydrated all through
the night! I hate waking up with dry lips and having to fumble in the dark for
lip stuff so this stuff was amazing and on a par with my usual choice of Carmex
(controversial but I really don’t like Nuxe Reve de Miel which seems to be a
lot of peoples favourite!) Will definitely be repurchasing this!
Makeup
Max Factor Face Finity All Day Primer
SPF 20 30ml
This bottle lasted me ages! It’s a thin white cream with a pump that
dried in quickly and it did an OK job of priming my face. I wasn’t completely
blown away by it though and it wasn’t memorable enough for me to repurchase!
Revlon ColorStay Foundation for
Combination/Oily Skin in Buff 30ml
This is a constant repurchase for me and featured in my very first
empties post here. It’s one of my favourite foundations and I actually couldn’t find my
shade in it for a while so was rationing this bottle until it turned up which
thankfully it did! No other drugstore foundation compares to the finish and
shade match I get with this one and if you like full coverage and haven’t tried
this yet what are you waiting for! Already repurchased two backups and using
one of them!
This was at the bottom of my gym bag as I sometime reapply if I’m there
for longer than one class (not too often ha). I have gone through countless of
these as I love the sheer tint they give to the lips and moisturisation they
offer. I have a few other lip balms I need to get through then I will
definitely be repurchasing!
Soap and Glory Archery Brown Tint and
Precision Shaping Pencil
This featured in my Soap and Glory brow product breakdown and I love
it! It has a felt tip on one side and pencil on the other and gives a really
natural groomed effect! If you read that post you will have seen a small look
at my brow products and know I don’t need to buy anymore so even though I want
to I won’t be repurchasing (for a while anyway!) If you’d like to see the rest

Fragrance
Soap and Glory Mist You Madly Body Spray
250ml
Probably one of my favourite scents in the world. I love this stuff,
get to Boots and smell it for yourself! It lasts all day on my skin and I never
get sick of it! Already repurchased!
DKNY Be Delicious Body Lotion 150ml
I love layering this up with the perfume to match. This lasts all day on my skin too and it’s not overpowering which I love! I already have a backup and will probably pop one of the Christmas gift sets on my Christmas list too!
Soap and Glory Original Pink Eau de
Parfum 50ml
I love this one too, it smells so fresh and clean and I love the fancy
little bottle it comes in! Its on my Christmas list!

Batiste Dry Shampoo
Ah, good old Batiste where would I be without you! Perfect when you
can’t be bothered washing your hair, I always have a bottle of this and a
backup! It does leave a bit of a white cast if you don’t rub it in properly but
for the price it is a constant repurchase!
Garnier Ultimate Blends The Strength
Restorer Honey Treasures Shampoo
I did a full review of the Garnier Ultimate Blends range here and while I liked this shampoo
it’s not my favourite and I prefer the other products in the range therefore I
won’t be repurchasing!
Perfume, Nails and Makeup
Soap and Glory Eau de Toilette
I’ve had this bottle for absolutely ages! The Mist you Madly scent from
Soap and Glory which this perfume is based on is my absolute favourite smell.
Seriously, if you’ve never smelt it before, do the next time you have a chance!
Anyway, I much prefer the actual body spray to this and find it lasts all day
on my skin. This perfume is slightly stronger and as I have both the Mist you
Madly body spray and fragrance mist which are cheaper for more product I
wouldn’t buy the perfume again!
Opi Nail Envy
I recently talked about this in my manicure post hereso I won’t bore you anymore but I love this stuff, it makes my
nails so shiny and I have since repurchased this! There is a tiny bit left in
the bottle but I hate trying to tip the bottle to get the product to one of the
sides to get it out and find it doesn’t give as even an application so to the
bin it goes!
Kick Ass Concealer in Light
This is my favourite ever concealer and I have a post coming up on this
soon! It has two shades to suit undereyes and blemishes plus a mini setting
powder and mirror so perfect to keep in your handbag! Already repurchased!
Revlon PhotoReady Powder in Fair
I talked about trying to get this finished up months ago in this postand I have finally succeeded! I
used to love this powder but it’s just not working with my skin anymore so I
won’t be repurchasing!
Skincare
Vichy Aqualia Thermal Serum
I absolutely love this serum, this is my second bottle of it! It is very
cooling on the skin, hydrating, quite runny and the bottle lasts ages. I always
get it on offer with at least 1/3 off the price so it works out quite
reasonably! I haven’t repurchased this just yet because sometimes when my skin
gets used to a specific product I find it stops working so if you have any
recommendations for another hydrating serum please leave me a comment as I want
to give this one a break!
Garnier Express 2 in 1 Eye Make Up
remover
I use waterproof mascara daily and this oil based eye makeup remover is
the best I’ve ever tried! It is so gentle on my eyes and removes mascara and
other eye makeup so easily! Already repurchased and using!
Avene Rich Skin Recovery Cream
This is my second tube of this and I love this moisturising cream when
my face feels like it needs a little TLC and I just want to use something
simple that does what it says! It’s so gentle and dries in quickly! I haven’t
repurchased but I will when I get a few other products used up!
Carmex Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating Lip
Balm Pink Sheer tint
I am a massive lip balm user (as you will see from the next products
too!) and because my lips dry out so easily I like to add a bit of a tint to
them to stop them looking the same colour as my face! This is so moisturising
and lasts quite a long time on me meaning it is a constant repurchase! I
usually swap between the pink and the peach one!
Burts Bees Original Mint Lipbalm and
Pomegranate version
Possibly my favourite lip balm of all time, I love the minty smell of
the original and usually have one in my handbag, one on my bedside table and
one downstairs at all times and I was quite impressed with myself I finished
these two at roughly the same time! Don’t worry though I also had several
backups to replace them with!
Caudalie Vinosource Moisturising Sorbet
Got this in the Caudalie set I mentioned inthis hauland I reallyliked
the formulation and cooling effect it had on my skin and it dried in very
quickly too. Probably wouldn’t repurchase as I don’t feel I saw much of a difference!
Vichy Idealia Life Serum
Again, nice serum but I definitely prefer the Vichy Aqualia Thermal over
this and the sample size was so small I couldn’t see any difference to my skin.
This was creamier than and not as runny as the Aqualia Thermal and I also think
it’s a lot more expensive. Wouldn’t repurchase!
Nuxe Crème Fraiche
I really like this cream; it feels luxurious and is a nice treat at
night time for some extra moisture! I use it a bit like I would the Origins
Drink Up Intensive mask and already have another one of these, I think I got
them in two separate beauty boxes so I’m sorted for now!
Bodycare
Nivea Smooth Nourishing Hand Cream
Like lip balm, hand cream is another product I cannot live without. The
hand cream featured in this post is
the one that sits by my bed while this one was in my handbag. I have
repurchased this so many times I have lost count; it smells amazing, dries in
so quickly and makes my hands so soft. I love it! I will repurchase this
forever!
Soap and Glory The Righteous Butter moisturiser
This is one of my favourite body moisturisers scented with my second
favourite Soap and Glory scent, Original Pink! It is so thick and creamy yet
dries in quickly, moisturises really well and leaves a lovely smell on my skin!
Already using a backup!
Soap and Glory Clean On Me Shower Gel
This is the shower gel that matches the scent of the Righteous Butter and
I love using these together to get a really long lasting scent! I love the Soap
and Glory shower gels, they are such good value for money, the pump is so
handy, they lather up really well, don’t feel like they strip the skin and
smell amazing! Forever repurchasing this!
Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel
As this is limited edition I like to make it last! I love the smell of
this so much it’s so sweet and I look forward to getting a bottle every
Christmas :)
